-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Our study of Buddhism
is the backbone of our faith.
By seriously making an effort
to study the Gosho,
we gain the wisdom
that helps to open up our lives,
at the same time
the courage to introduce
this Buddhism to others overflows.
Let's all become people of wisdom
by exerting ourselves
in the two ways of practice and study.*

*"Exert yourself in the two ways of practice and study. Without practice and study, there can be no Buddhism. You must not only persevere yourself; you must also teach others. Both practice and study arise from faith. Teach others to the best of your ability, even if it is only a single sentence or phrase.

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"Suffer what there is to suffer, enjoy what there is to enjoy. Regard both suffering and joy as facts of life, and continue chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, no matter what happens."

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Our vow is the source of courage that enables us to bring forth the wisdom and power of the Buddha inherent in our lives.

"Our vow is the banner of unending victory that causes cheers of jubilation to reverberate as we change karma into mission.

"Our vow is the light of hope that expands our network of 'many in body, one in mind,' transcending all differences."
