-- WORDS OF THE WEEK --
Let's advance together
with those who are studying
for our Buddhist Introductory Exam!
The Daishonin encourages us,
"Teach others to the best of your ability,
even if it is only a single sentence or phrase."*
With enthusiasm,
let's study this ultimate philosophy of life
and cheerfully share it
with as many people as we can!

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"When water is clear, the moon is reflected. When the wind blows, the trees shake. Our minds are like the water. Faith that is weak is like muddy water, while faith that is brave is like clear water."

(Reply to the Lay Nun Nichigon
- WND, Vol. 1, page 1079)

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Anxiety and turbulence are intensifying around the world. Let us, therefore, take to heart that Daishonin's message to 'Regard both suffering and joy as facts of life' (WND – 1, 681), and continue chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo. By doing so, we can make the sun of time without beginning—our innate Buddahood—rise within us, day after day, and bring our lives to shine with the light of hope, wisdom and peace."

32nd Soka Gakkai Headquarters Leaders' Meeting, March 26th, 2018 edition of Seikyo Shinbun, translation released May, 2018
