[SGI-ToMyFriends-Wagatomo] 19th March To My Friends & Daily Gosho + 20th March Daily Enc.

* Apologies for the delay. PC problems!
Here in Tokyo...things are day by day looking better. The non-stop news programmes have stopped. Found a loaf of bread yesterday. The kerosene trucks were driving around although the petrol/gas stands were closed for the most part. Convenience stores' charity boxes are absolutely full to the brim with not coins but big denomination notes. Up north they have started to build long-term temporary housing and many people are being moved out to better accommodation. Sadly though the number of dead is increasing to a very big number and a similar number is still unaccounted for. BUT people are still being found alive!

A translation of President Ikeda's "To My Friends" published in the Seikyo Shimbun and more.

-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Mothers,
who light up their surroundings,
under any kind of circumstances,
you are our hope!
You are, without a doubt, our sunshine!
Everyone is so thankful for
and is so encouraged by your warm beautiful smile.

Those who chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo and live in accord with the Mystic Law can remain undefeated, even when faced with the most painful grief and sorrow, since they possess within them the indestructible life-state of Buddhahood."
