---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Nichiren Daishonin writes: 'Myo [of myoho, the Mystic Law] means to revive' (WND-1, 149). When we chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo to contribute to kosen-rufu, a powerful life force will well forth from within.

"The purpose of our Buddhist practice is to win in society and in our lives, with prayer as our driving force. I would like you to become exemplary people in your communities and workplaces. I hope you will apply yourselves earnestly to your work with wisdom, effort, and perseverance.

"Sincerity and a positive spirit build trust. Greeting others pleasantly, being courteous and considerate, and speaking in a way that is respectful of others are all important keys to success in life."

SGI Newsletter No. 9061, On Our Shared Journey for Kosen-rufu—II, (35) Come Forth, Capable People Dedicated to Kosen-rufu!, from the Sep 15th, 2013 Seikyo Shinbun, translation released 4th Aug. 2014
