--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"Suffer what there is to suffer, enjoy what there is to enjoy. Regard both suffering and joy as facts of life, and continue chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, no matter what happens. How could this be anything other than the boundless joy of the Law? Strengthen your power of faith more than ever."

- The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin, Vol. 1, Page 681)

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"'Now the place where Nichiren and his followers chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, "whether . . . in mountain valleys or the wide wilderness" [LSOC21, 316], these places are all the Land of Eternally Tranquil Light.'

From The Record of the Orally Transmitted Teachings, p. 192.

"Buddhism does not exist apart from reality. We practise so that in our daily lives we can carry out our human revolution, transform our karma, and become happy. None of our efforts in faith are ever meaningless.

"I wish to convey my deepest respect and support for those members of the women's and men's divisions who are striving with fortitude and tenacity in their family situations, their communities, and amid the turbulent seas of society.

"All of you are noble individuals putting into action the Buddhist principle of transforming the saha world into the Land of Tranquil Light. You are courageous builders of a Buddha land.
