-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Let's be careful not to catch a cold or get the flu!
Let's take every possible precaution
to prevent ourselves from getting sick
by washing our hands and gargling when we return home,
and keeping amply warm when weather conditions change for the worse.
Doing our best to stay in good health is vital
in order for us to be victorious and successful!
