— TO MY FRIENDS --
The Daishonin teaches,
"Trifling matters accumulate to become grave ones."*
Even the smallest victories, when accumulated,
open up a path to great joyful victories.
Let's advance, even if it is one step,
or even just half a step.
Let's succeed in the challenges we face today!

*"Dewdrops accumulate to form a stream, and streams accumulate to form the great ocean. Particles of dust accumulate to form a mountain, and mountains accumulate to form Mount Sumeru. And in the same way, trifling matters accumulate to become grave ones." - "The Bodies and Minds of Ordinary Beings", WND-I, page 1133

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"If Nichiren's compassion is truly great and encompassing, Nam-myoho-renge-kyo will spread for ten thousand years and more, for all eternity, for it has the beneficial power to open the blind eyes of every living being in the country of Japan, and it blocks off the road that leads to the hell of incessant suffering."

(On Repaying Debts of Gratitude
- The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin,
Volume 1, page 736)

Seikyo Shimbun, June 21st, 2015

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"It is very noble for those caring for family members who are ill or aged to find the time to take part in activities for kosen-rufu. Families who strive in this way will create boundless treasures of the heart, and their compassionate teamwork will shine as a model of hope and inspiration for their communities."
