-- TO MY FRIENDS --
The activities that our Young Women's Division members engage in
are the hope of the new era of kosen-rufu.
Towards the happiness of ourselves and friends
let's engage in conversations
fragrant with excitement and wonder!
As we encourage and praise each others' efforts
let's advance together

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"If you want to understand the causes that existed in the past, look at the results as they are manifested in the present. And if you want to understand what results will be manifested in the future, look at the causes that exist in the present."
(The Opening of the Eyes
- The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin,
Vol 1, page 279)

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Canadian Prime Minister Lester B. Pearson (1897–1972), a Nobel Peace Prize laureate and one of the country's greatest leaders in the 20th century, stated: 'Man has conquered outer space. He has not conquered himself.' [1]
"Strive to win over yourself, not anyone else. There is no need to compare yourself to others. It is important that you triumph over your own weaknesses and move forwards.
"As you prepare to enter a period of new dynamic growth and progress, I would like to share a quote that I have held dear to my heart since my youth: 'If you want to conquer the world, conquer your despair.'
"Strive to be better today than you were yesterday! That ceaseless daily challenge is what will make your future shine brilliantly."
