"The Lotus Sutra states: 'If there are those who hear the Law, then not a one will fail to attain Buddhahood' (LSOC2, 75).
"It is in our groups and districts that we strive to fulfil this vow of the Buddha to enable all without exception to attain Buddhahood. By focusing our attention on each person and warmly encouraging them, we can help them defeat the workings of devilish functions and show actual proof of their human revolution.
"The Daishonin treasured each person with whom he had even the slightest connection, asserting: 'No matter what may happen in the future, be assured that I will never forsake or neglect you' (WND-1, 896)."
