"Mr. Toda clearly identified three factors that distinguish local organisations that are growing dynamically: (1) members brim with the Soka Gakkai spirit, based on the great vow for kosen-rufu shared by mentor and disciple; (2) the leaders have absolute conviction; and (3) everyone advances harmoniously while warmly encouraging one another.
"Let's move forwards each day, united in spirit, expanding the circle of enduring good fortune, harmony, and joy.
"Courage is of utmost importance. Courageous action can substitute for compassion. Let's reach out and engage in dialogue with hearts like the sun!"
