-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Encouraging people through one on one conversation
is the noble path to developing people
who are capable of achieving something.
Focusing our energies on helping people
to become more cheerful and hopeful about their situations,
let's become leaders who sincerely and wholeheartedly strive
to carefully listening to those who need someone to talk to!

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"For though one's trustworthiness may at first go unnoticed, in time it will be openly rewarded."

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"At the Soka Gakkai Kansai Headquarters just after my release from detention by the authorities, Mr. Toda said to me: 'We would be betraying Nichiren Daishonin's spirit of "establishing the correct teaching for the peace of the land," if we ignored the suffering in society and closed ourselves off in the world of religion, content just to sit in peace and quiet and chant daimoku. The practice of Buddhism lies in the struggle to eliminate misery and suffering from the world, to defend human rights and human dignity, and to build a peaceful society. . . .
"'When you take the lead and challenge great difficulties, then, in accord with the principle of consistency from beginning to end, you will open the way to the attainment of Buddhahood in this lifetime not only for yourself, but for all who strive with you.'[1]
"For the happiness of the people, the security of society, and world peace, we must now make even greater efforts to advance in our struggle, rejoicing with the spirit of the wise.
"Courageously expanding our efforts for dialogue based on our convictions and successfully fostering wise young Bodhisattvas of the Earth, let us build a great network dedicated to realising the Daishonin's ideal of 'establishing the correct teaching for the peace of the land' that will enable humanity to triumph over every challenge confronting it."
