-- TO MY FRIENDS --
This is the Buddhism of
"earthly desires are enlightenment."
It is exactly because we have
challenges and difficulties to overcome that
we can forge a stronger better self.
Let's break through
whatever storms of hardship and adversity
we are now facing,
and adorn our lives with great joy!

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"The great physicist Albert Einstein (1879–1955) once said: 'The example of great and pure individuals is the only thing that can lead to noble thoughts and deeds.'[1]

"The example of individuals taking initiative is the way to spread fresh waves of value creation. Developing youth—our theme for this year—also begins with a single individual blazing a new trail forwards."

SGI Newsletter No. 9580, The Eternal Citadel of Soka, Paving the Way to Victory through the Shared Struggle of Mentor and Disciple, from 25th January, 2017, issue of the Seikyo Shimbun, translation released March 31st, 2017
